These packets are boxed (18 x 240g) or sold in smaller sample packs (4 x 240g).
Our products can be stored at room temperature and do not need to be refrigerated.
Once a packet is opened, you must then refrigerate.
We primarily use Aramex Couriers (formerly FastWay) for metro deliveries.
We may use Toll Couriers for larger orders & Australia Post for non-metro (remote) deliveries.

However, if this is unworkable for you, please feel free to use a PO Box and we can send with Australia Post.

We give all items ‘Authority to Leave’ as no one likes receiving the dreaded ‘Sorry we missed you’ card.
However, if there is a problem with delivery (ie. Closed Business, Access Restricted) the courier will leave a ‘Sorry we missed you card’.
Please contact the courier to arrange for re-delivery or collection (if preferred) from their depot.
* Ensure also you keep an eye on your tracking to see if there are any reasons why delivery was not successful (ie. access restrictions).
If we have used Australia Post for your delivery, the card left may indicate to collect from the local Post Office.

We use a ‘general service’ courier system which does not allow us the option to set delivery dates or times.
The courier system runs on set timetables/routes which can vary depending on region and driver.
* As a general guide, deliveries generally take place before 2pm (business weekdays).
If you think you will be away when delivery will occur (à la Hawaii), please ensure you hold off placing your order until you return.
You will received an email with your tracking detail once payment has been made and we have arranged the courier collection.

Yes, delivery is free to 99.9% of Australian addresses.
The only exception are orders to very remote addresses (ie. Christmas Island, Stradbroke Island, Cape York, etc).
If you live in a very remote region, please contact us before placing an order to confirm if free delivery applies to your address.
If an order is placed and the address is in what is classed as ‘very remote’ then we will contact you after the order is placed with a solution (ie. delivery fee or use an alternative address).
